  • Includes scanning and modeling. Tier prices cover both, based on scanned square footage.
  • Priced per building. Each building carries its own base price, then the per-foot rate applies above its included square footage. Example: Tier 2 for two 2,000 sq ft buildings = 2 × ($1,500 + 1,000 sq ft × $0.35) = $3,700.
  • Add-ons: MEP modeling, drone capture, extra drawing sets and custom standards are available on any tier and scoped with your quote.
  • Rush delivery: +25% to +50% depending on schedule.
  • Portfolios & multi-site programs: 10–20% off when buildings are scheduled together.
  • Final quotes reflect complexity, access and ceiling conditions.

    Tell us the building, the goal and the deadline. You get a fixed quote, usually within one business day.

    Scan

    We capture on site with minimal disruption. Occupied offices, classrooms and clinics are routine for us.

    Process

    Scans are registered and checked against control. Modeling and drafting follow your standards and templates.

    Deliver

    Files, a review pass and revisions, all through a secure link. Raw point clouds are always yours.

How much does a scan project cost?

See the packages above for starting rates. Pricing depends on square footage, the package and any add-ons. Send the address and goal and we'll quote a fixed price.

Which tier do I need?

Photos, a 3D tour or a listing floor plan: Imagery only.
Measured residential plans for design or remodeling: Tier 1.
Commercial, school or campus drawings: Tier 2.
Renovation design, healthcare or government BIM: Tier 3.
Structural, historic or clash-detection work: Tier 4.

Can you scan while the building is occupied?

Yes. We schedule around classes, clinic hours and tenants, and scan quietly with no markers on your walls.

What file formats do I receive?

Point clouds (E57, RCP/RCS, LAS), models (RVT, IFC), drawings (DWG, PDF) and imagery (JPG, MP4, 3D tour link). Tell us what your team uses.

How accurate are the results?

Our typical lidar scan has sub-centimeter accuracy. Models and drawings are built to a tolerance and LOD we agree on before starting, and we state it in the deliverable.

Can you digitize our old paper blueprints?

Yes. We redraw them to scale as CAD. For a true as-built, we pair the redraw with a scan to catch changes made over the years.

Do you do exterior and roof work?

Yes, using ground-based scanning and drone capture for facades, roofs and site context.
